1. UAE Company (End User / Supplier)

Required Documents:

• Company Profile
• Valid Trade License
• Valid VAT Certificate,if available
• Official company Bank details Letter (Swift Code ,Bank Address ,Currency , Beneficiary State/Emirate and Beneficiary Town Name.
• Contact person Information: Name , Mobile Number for invoice submission
• Please note that Gmail addresses and group email accounts (e.g., info@domain.com) are not accepted by the system and will result in a failed registration.

2. SME Company (End User / Supplier)

• Company Profile

• Official Bank Letter / Official Electronic Transfer Details ( Swift Code ,Bank Address Currency , Beneficiary State/Emirate and Beneficiary Town Name.
• Contact Information Name , Mobile Number for invoice submission
• Official company Bank details Letter (Swift Code ,Bank Address ,Currency , Beneficiary State/Emirate and Beneficiary Town Name.

4. Broker (Individual):

• Copy of Passport.
• Copy of Emirates ID .
• Copy of Valid Residence Visa.
• Official company Bank details Letter (Swift Code ,Bank Address ,Currency , Beneficiary State/Emirate and Beneficiary Town Name.

5. Broker (Overseas) Individual:

• Copy of Passport.
• Contact person name , contact No. , Email Address : Hotmail, Yahoo, or Outlook. Gmail and group emails are not accepted by the system
• Official company Bank details Letter (Swift Code ,Bank Address ,Currency , Beneficiary State/Emirate and Beneficiary Town Name.

6. Broker (Company in UAE):

• Copy of Valid Trade License .
• Copy of Valid VAT Certificate, if available
• Official company Bank details Letter (Swift Code ,Bank Address ,Currency , Beneficiary State/Emirate and Beneficiary Town Name.
